This is PINE A64, a tiny $15 supercomputer.
PINE A64 is about the size of an iPhone 6. It features a quad-core 64 bit processor that runs at 1.2GHz. Raspberry Pi-2B, by contrast, only has a 32-bit processor that runs at 0.9GHz.
PINE A64 is expandable, allowing you to add hardware interfaces as you see fit. Add a keyboard and mouse, and it becomes an operational Android 5.1 computer. Add the right media player software and it becomes an Apple TV cone. Add a touch screen module, and it becomes a full blown arcade. The company is currently working on a $5 version to battle Raspberry Pi Zero.
