- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp basil
- 1/3 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp dried mustard
- 4 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- Stir
In a separate bowl, add milk and an egg. Beat, mix in the chicken. Coat in the flour and spice mix. fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool and serve!
