Michael Phelps is a swimming machine. He's the most decorated Olympian of all time with 27 medals. He's also broken a more than 2,000 year old Olympic record at Rio for the number of individual victories. Phelps works out six hours a day, six days a week, swimming 80km a week.

Before Practice - Cereal or oatmeal

After Practice - Omelette, porridge and three pancakes. Three fried eggs sandwiches topped with: fried onions, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise. And two cup of coffee.

Lunch - One pound (500g) of pasta, Two ham and cheese sandwiches, Energy Drinks(1000 calories).

Dinner - One pound (500g) of pasta, Entire pizza, Protein supplements, Energy drinks.

Double jointed elbows, ankles and knees help Phelps push through the water faster. his feet bend 15 degrees further at the ankle. he also has double the lung capacity of average humans.
