Water Level Rising In Paris

Paris Floods

The waters are rising in Paris, its the worst flooding in the French capital in over 30 years.

The water's expected to rise by nearly 20 feet (6 meters) and is already giving some statues a bath with water lapping at its edges.

The Louvre Museum has closed and its treasures inside have been boxed up. More than one month's rain fell in just one day this week and thousands have been evacuated nationwide while water on the tracks has caused havoc for thousands of commuters.
