Sriram (Raj Tharun) likes his schoolmate Seetha Mahalakshmi (Arthana) but she leaves his village and moves to the city for higher studies. After completing her studies in medicine, she returns to their village but Sriram still hasn't completed studies. But his love for her remains the same and he tries to win her.
