Pedestrian Bridges In Dubai

Chairman of Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTS) Mattar Al Tayer has signed to construct ten new pedestrian bridges by the end of 2017 at various locations in Dubai. The number of pedestrian bridges will increase from 100 in 2014 to 120 by 2017. Al Tayer said that the new bridges will be constructed at the locations based on the findings of traffic studies.He said that currently they are constructing seven pedestrian bridges, including two on Baghdad Road, and one bridge each on Al Maktoum Road, Al Mina Road, Amman Road, Baniyas Road, and Al Rasheed Road.
