Walking every day for 30 minutes keeps your fat away. You can cover a distance of 2.5 to 3.3 km in 30 minutes. If you practice it every day you can burn extra 1000 to 3000 calories per week. if you can can't walk continuously due to your work schedule then you can make it 10 minutes walk three times a day. You have to stop and do some stretches and flexibility exercises after every 10 minutes of exercise.

If you are over weight then you have to walk most of the week. You have to spent five to ten hours of walking per week to loss your weight. If you miss any day then you have to do some strength training exercises.
