  • Standing with your feet wide apart; bend your knees so that the body is supported by the thigh strength
  • Raise arms up and keep your eyes fixed on a point
  • Hold the pose for one minute and breathe slowly

Natarajasana Variation - Tones Hamstrings And Glutes


  • Continuing from Natrajasana, drop your upper body so that you are leaning forward and the hamstrings and glutes are toned.
  • Hold the pose for one minute while breathing slowly.
  • Release the pose and then relax the muscles
