Tolangulasana is a half moon posture that relieves one of gastric problems and keeps the body cool


  • Lie down and cross your legs.
  • Lift your upper body by placing hands on knees, as demonstrated.
  • Inhale through nostrils and exhale from your mouth
  • Continue the breathing 15 times and then release your posture.
  • Repeat the asana three times
