This makes your stomach feel lighter and also ensures a healthy appetite


  • Inhale through your nostrils while occupying the position shown in the first photograph. Raise your head upwards.
  • Bend your head and exhale through mouth. Pull your stomach in and maintain the position for five seconds.
  • Again inhale and rise your head.
  • Repeat the exercise six times. Lie down on your stomach and relax. Do this exercise on empty stomach only.
