Cool Down Your Body And Calm The Mind – Sashanka Asana

This will help to cool down your body and it also helps to calm the mind

Sashanka Asana

  • Sit in Vajrasana (a sitting pose where you kneel down and sit on your heels)
  • Stretch both the hands backwards (as seen in the photograph)
  • Join the palms (in a namaskara pose)
  • Gently bend forward and lower your head so that it touches the ground
  • Take six heavy breaths and then continue with normal breathing
  • Come back to the Vajrasana pose and repeat the mentioned steps
