This will help to cool down your body and it also helps to calm the mind
- Sit in Vajrasana (a sitting pose where you kneel down and sit on your heels)
- Stretch both the hands backwards (as seen in the photograph)
- Join the palms (in a namaskara pose)
- Gently bend forward and lower your head so that it touches the ground
- Take six heavy breaths and then continue with normal breathing
- Come back to the Vajrasana pose and repeat the mentioned steps
