To password protect your content in Microsoft Word Document just follow these simple steps
Step 1: Open your word document which you want to password protect
Step 2: Go to File and click on Save As option

Step 3: In a new window click on Tools which is on top right and select Security Options
Step 4: Now in Security Options window enter password in Password to open box and then click Ok button.
It will ask you to reenter password and click on Ok button and then save the file.
