To delete and replace repeated word from text document simply copy the entire text and paste it in Microsoft Word Document and click on Ctrl+F. Here in a new window you will find three tabs Find, Replace and Go To as shown below
Replace A Word
Click on Replace tab and type the word in Find what box and also type the word you want to replace in Replace with box as shown below
now simply click on Replace button and you are done.
Delete A Word
Ctrl+F and click on Replace tab and type the word in Find what box and leave blank in Replace with box and click on Replace button to delete the word from document.
