If you don't want to receive comment notifications to you inbox from your WordPress site then you can disable it from your WordPress dashboard settings.
Step 1: Login to your WordPress Site and go to Settings on left bottom and click on Discussion
Step 2: Now just untick the box under E-mail me whenever as shown below and click on save changes button.
Now you will not receive any comment notifications from your WordPress site.
