Mercedes Maybach - G650 Landaulet

Mercedes Maybach G650 Landaulet

One of the most noticeable vehicles at the Geneva Motor Show, the latest Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet broke the 4x4 barriers with the Brabus treatment, turning it into a brutal, savage, all-terrain conquering beast.

Brabus has prepared the big-G for serious off-roading adventures for all kinds, adding a full accessories kit which includes a front winch, rugged front bumper and grille guards, headlight and taillight protection, roof rack with LED light bar, branch-deflectors, and rear, remote-controlled LED searchlights.

Power is derived from a 4.0- liter V8 biturbo engine, which Brabus has made modifications on its own like bolting on high-performance twin turbochargers to increase boost pressure and send output leaping to 542 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. Brabus has not listed the pricing yet, but given that a base G500 4x4 squared costs around $243,000, the final price will surely be upwards of that, into supercar territory.
