Adult Therapy In A Bag

Adult Therapy In A Bag

The ancient practice of swaddling babies is being turned into a therapy for adults in Tokyo, Japan. Therapy Practitioner said, "it felt warm and there was this feeling with my body. I have never experienced this before so it's quite hard to describe properly."

The therapy is said to help with bad posture and stiffness. It's particularly popular with post natal women and was 1st devised by a midwife to help women with hip and shoulder aches after giving birth. But some healthcare professionals are cautioning against the therapy saying they're not convinced it has any lasting medical benefits.
