Akshay Shoots In Mathura For 40 Days For His Next

Akshay Kumar has never shot in Lord Krishna's city before. And he's never been happier. He plans to be in Mathura for 40 days to shoot for the quirky comedy Toilet. Ek Prem Katha for producer Neeraj Pandey. In fact, this is in all probability the first Bollywood film to be shot in the Holy City. The movie marks the directorial debut of ace film-editor Shree Narayan Singh who has edited Neeraj Pandey's Baby, Special 26 and Dhoni: The Untold Story in the past. Speaking about the film, its co-producer Vikram Malhotra says, "It is a love story set in mid-town Uttar Pradesh and deals with the problem of open-air defecation. It supports the Swach Bharat abhiyaan and we are very lucky to have Akshay on board for this motivational film." The actor is shooting for the Neeraj Pandey produced Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.
