Thousands Strike In South Korea

Workers from the state backed railways, hospitals and banks in Seoul, South Korea. Holds a mass rally to protest a new wage system. The government wants to link pay to workers performance as it tries to improve the country's low levels of productivity. It's a move away from a traditional system in which workers were promoted and paid mainly based on seniority. South Korea's labor productivity ranked 77th out of 138 countries in 2015. The country's 2 major umbrella unions led Thursday's demonstration.
