Rio City In Lego Bricks

Rio City In Lego Bricks

The world's biggest toymaker has developed a large model of Rio de Janeiro city to celebrate the 2016 Olympic Games host. It's the largest ever model made by Lego for Latin America. It required a lot of manpower too. 50 Lego builders spent 2,500 hours over 1 year to create the miniature city. 953,000 colorful plastic bricks were used to produce Olympic rings, stadiums and the city's iconic sites. The creation is a legacy gift to Rio from Lego and the Danish government. The Olympic Games kick off on August 5.
