NASA Built Massive Liquid Hydrogen Tank




A giant fuel tank that could one day help send humans to Mars. NASA releases a time lapse video of a liquid hydrogen tank being built. The rocket fuel tank is 130ft (40m) in length and will be a core part of the Space Launch System. The vehicle will be used to launch the Orion spacecraft. It's expected to carry a crew to deep space and eventually to Mars. NASA's aiming for the 1st flight to take place in 2018.
